Turnaround Time / Storage of Documents

Once your order and payment have been received work will begin on your service. Transcend Zero will store a copy of content written for you for up to 12 months from completion. You may ask for a copy to be sent to you at any point during this time. If you do not wish for your content to be stored please mention this either at the time of ordering or when your content is complete.
